Employee Policies You Can (and Cannot) Include in the Handbook

The National Labor Relations Board, which is supposed to regulate unionized workplaces, has been telling all employers what their employee handbooks should and (mostly) should not say for the last several years. Now the pendulum has swung back and employers have some freedom to return certain common sense policies to their employment policy manuals.
